Home collection nationwide, delivery by road
Accompanied road delivery across the mainland. We do not ship puppies by air.
We reply to every enquiry within two working days.
Within two working days, and usually the same evening. If you have not heard from us in three days something has gone wrong with the email, so ring instead.
No. The waiting list is free and there is no obligation. A deposit is only taken once you have chosen a specific puppy and we have both agreed it is a good match.
We prefer it. Come and meet the mother and the litter, ask everything you want to ask, and go home to think about it. Nobody signs anything on a first visit.
Say so on the form. We would rather spend an hour talking you out of the breed than place a hound in a home it does not suit. Bassets are wonderful and they are not easy.
