Deposits and refunds
Reserving a puppy takes a deposit, and a deposit takes that puppy off the list for everyone else. That is why the terms below exist. They are the same for every family, and we apply them the same way every time.
A $500 deposit reserves a named puppy and comes off the final price. It is non-refundable once the puppy is held for you, because it stops us offering that puppy to anyone else.
Due on collection day, by bank transfer or cash. We do not accept part payments after collection and we do not offer finance.
If a litter does not arrive, a puppy becomes unavailable, or our vet is not happy on the day, you receive a full refund including the deposit, usually within three working days.
Deposits transfer to a later litter once, at no cost, if you tell us more than fourteen days before collection week. After that they are retained.

Jobs move, houses fall through, families change shape. If something happens between reserving and collection, tell us early. In almost every case we can move your deposit to a later litter rather than lose it, and if a puppy ever needs to come back to us, at any age, our door stays open.
